Ribbon:


Please choose Ribbon carefully, all Ribbon sales final.

Return Policy:


SweetTalk products must be returned within 30 days from date of order. The products must be in their original packaging and unused.

Refund Policy:


No credit card or cash refunds will be issued. All returns are for store credit only. Store credit must be used within six months of date of issue. If credit is not used within the six month period, it will be forfeited. Under no circumstances will shipping costs and costs associated with shipping be issued as part of the credit.

Cancellation Policy:


If you would like to cancel your order it must be done within twenty-four hours of the time and date of the order.

Shipping Policy:


SweetTalk ships to addresses in the United States only.

Damaged Product Policy:


SweetTalk makes every effort to pack your order so as to reduce the possibility of damage during shipping. However, if your product arrives damaged you must notify SweetTalk within three days of receipt. We will replace your product and pay shipping cost.

Insurance is optional.


If insurance is not purchased, SweetTalk will not be responsible for item once it is shipped.
